One on the coolest things about being a Jedi Shapeshifter is that people from all walks of life find me non threatening and approachable. Oh shit I wasn’t suppose to share that information I guess it is too late now. Not only do people find me approachable but they are willing to speak uncensored around me which is very valuable to my Clients, Business partners and readers.

Now that I got that off my chest I wanted to share a little something with you…often times I am approached by homeless people and I noticed that they are really attached to their stuff. When I first experienced this this really surprised me and tell you the truth anytime it comes up it catches me off guard. It makes me wonder and ask questions like, is this attachment what makes them homeless? Or maybe a better questions, is it the attachment that keeps them homeless? I see lots of people having attachments to stuff from all walk of lives and economic levels and I always think when is it too much. Recently I noticed for myself that my attachment to stuff was wanting a little amount of Stuff and even less responsibility which wasn’t in alignment with my dreams, aspirations and ultimately doing as much good as possible.

You are probably asking what does this have to do with business and I am gonna take a stab at it. The primary goal of any sustainable business is to make a profit does that make sense? Also for most of us it feels good to be part of a company culture that is doing good in the world and at time is so rewarding it doesn’t even feel like work. I think and feel one of my affirmations says it best “I am receiving money making gigs that feed my soul and make me smile.”

This being said in your own way ask yourself, is my comfortable lifestyle getting in the way of me taking my business to the next level? Would letting go of some of this stuff give me the space to launch the next big idea? What obtainable accomplishments am I missing in my life that up until 5 minutes ago I was unwilling to acknowledge or speak out loud? What is the next logical step to bring these dreams to reality?
