Day 1 We Pick a Region within a 5 to 10 mile radius of Colleges and/or Startups to build the vortex for any community. When we land with a blank canvass we use the formula to connect, invest in and challenge leaders in that community to partner and build with us. We connect and invest in resources and services in that region that enhance our Project Vision, Mission and Goals.
Day 2. After we leverage our resources to identify and partner with leaders in that region we co-create a sustainable Compassion Campaign plugging into Events and Groups. Taking in my image and branded around the global brand Starbucks…we pass out stickers and gift cards to engage and influence students to use their connections to do random acts of kindness and set up events to raise the standard of what is and what can be…
By leveraging the chaos of group think and randomness we tap into to the shared human need to be part of something bigger than ourselves. Also this helps us create a High Tech / High Touch viral buzz enhancing the greater vision by standing out and fitting into a series of diverse groups and organization.
Day 3 and beyond…
We fully co-create an exit strategy of resourceful leaders indigenous to that community who lead by example, taking ownership in the results that serve the greater good. In addition to that we do a series of Facebook and/or YouTube ads $5 to $10 a day for one month in that region to showcase the brand highlights of Compassion Campaign.
